Tolerance limit analysis

In 2020, the "Cruise strategy for the Stavanger region 2020-2030" was drawn up. As a follow-up to this, Region Stavanger decided to conduct a tolerance limit analysis in order to be able to make the best possible assessments and recommendations on what is the right level of future cruise traffic to the city, in a way that is in line with the goals and sub-goals outlined in the strategy plan. A broadly composed working group consisting of two representatives from the municipality of Stavanger, two from the Port of Stavanger region, three representatives from the business community in Stavanger and Region Stavanger Visitors & Convention Bureau have worked on analyses and assessments related to tolerance limit assessments for cruise traffic to Stavanger.
