You'll reach the car park after a 40-minute drive from the pick-up point. The last part of the drive takes you through a captivating landscape that makes you want to capture it in pictures. At the start of the tour, your guide will check your equipment and make any necessary adjustments. You'll then be given a brief safety briefing with information about the trail, expected conditions and useful hiking tips before setting off on today's exciting adventure!

The first part of the hike along two ponds

The first half hour of the hike takes you along a construction road, culminating at the peaceful Trodlabergtjørn. Turn off the road and head into the countryside, following a path towards the enchanting Storatjørn. You'll walk along the edge of the mountain and navigate over rocky sections in the forest terrain before reaching the climb up the mountain.

Break with an optional dip

The sometimes steep and rocky ascent is leisurely and leads you to a quiet lake. Here you can take the opportunity for a short break with refreshments. If you're feeling adventurous, treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear Norwegian mountain water.

Reaching the summit and enjoying the view

After the break, the journey continues towards the summit, which is marked by a characteristic cairn with a fantastic panoramic view. At the top, you'll take another well-deserved break, savouring the view, being present in the moment and preserving the beauty by taking lots of photos.

The walk back along yet another pond

The descent takes you along the path to Rasmustjørna, which opens up an expansive and gentle landscape surrounded by rocky outcrops. The panoramic view includes the inlet to the Lysefjord and the scenic view of Forsand and Høgsfjorden. The tour continues on the south side of Rasmustjørna and navigates through wooded and steep slopes into the valley. Along the way, there is another inviting lake with the opportunity for a refreshing swim. You'll pass small ponds and moss-covered rocks before finally returning to the construction road.

The adventure ends by returning through the tranquil surroundings along the road, marking the end of a trip that is sure to be long remembered.
