From 2013 to 2018, the company organised the annual Tour des Fjords stage race. In 2018, Hammer Stavanger was established as the second professional race organised by Tour des Fjords AS. After the 2018 season, the company took over the rights to the Tour of Norway cycling race and merged it with Tour des Fjords under the name Tour of Norway. It is now a six-day stage race. The race is a UCI category 2 HC race and among the highest-ranked races in Norway.

The Tour des Fjords was organised for the first time in autumn 2013. The race was a further development of the Rogaland Grand Prix, which had been organised by the Rogaland Cycling Circuit in the period 2008-2012. On the strong initiative of former professional cyclist Roy Hegreberg, the Tour des Fjords was expanded from a one-day race to a stage race over several days.

Tour des Fjords has entered into an agreement with TV2, which has ensured live TV broadcasts. Since its inception in 2013, the Tour des Fjords Classic has been organised alongside the professional race, and children's races for children aged 2 to 12 have been organised at all start and finish locations.
