With 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing for a Dutch tour operator and at Region Stavanger, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. At Region Stavanger, Elwin plays a key role in optimising social media, website, marketing campaigns and the daily operations of the tourist information centre.

With a Master’s Degree in Business, Economics and Consumer Studies from Wageningen University in the Netherlands and additional (international) experience from NTNU in Trondheim, the Norwegian School of Hotel Management in Stavanger and the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, Elwin is equipped with a broad understanding of the economic and consumer dynamics driving the industry.
