She has been with Region Stavanger since 2012 and built extensive experience in sales and project management for the MICE segment, especially within the association meetings industry. Michelle is an active member of ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association). In 2016, she played a significant role in hosting the 1st ICCA Association Meetings Program in 2016, and in 2023, in hosting the ICCA business workshop in Stavanger. She was also awarded as ICCA Researcher of the Month in 2021.

Michelle is passionate about sustainability. Her love for nature makes her actively strive towards positive change, which are values that she also implements into her work life. Michelle will always seek more sustainable and green solutions for her clients and push forward initiatives that will bring positive impacts from hosting international meetings in our region.
